Description:

Project manager required to plan and deliver whole-house home energy upgraded including measures like insulation, air tightness, windows, heat pumps, solar PV and ventilation systems

Applicant should have at least 3 years experience in residential construction or renovation and be driven and well-organised.

Applicants should have a third level degree in construction / engineering or be trade-qualified with management experience. Experience in energy retrofit is preferable however full training in the principles of energy retrofit best practice will be provided

Integrate Home Energy Upgrade a SEAI-Registered One-Stop-Shop energy retrofit provider with ambitious plans to become a leader in the sustainable retrofit of Irish buildings.

Tasks:

• carry out detailed works surveys

• compile the project plan

• schedule works program

• act as single point-of-contact for homeowners

• identify and report contract variations

• report back progress to management team

• final inspection and report to prove compliance with SEAI requirements

• agree project completion with homeowner
