The process starts with an in-depth technical assessment of your home by one of our SEAI-registered Technical Advisors. Our technical experts have 15 years of experience in building, energy assessment and project management. Once your home has been assessed, we can develop a tailored solution to suit your home’s needs and your budget.
Integrate Home Energy will project manage the contracted works from start to finish and take care of the grant application. On completion of the works, your home will have a new higher BER rating, increasing your home’s comfort and value
Desktop Assessment. As registered BER assessors with over 20 years experience we can use the data in your existing Building Energy Rating (BER) to carry out a remote, desktop assessment technical assessment of your home and, following an initial phone call to determine your preferences, provide you with a tailored and grant compliant home energy upgrade proposal. There is no obligation or charge for this assessment. If you don’t have a BER you can skip to Step 2.
Onsite Survey and final proposal. If you are happy to proceed further, the next step is validate your desktop assessment with an onsite survey where we gather additional information required and we can answer any of your questions or concerns in person. Again there is no obligation or charge for this assessment.
You will have a dedicated project manger on call and access to our highly trained in-house team of tradespeople.
On completion of the works, our team will walk you through the operation and maintenance of your new upgraded home. We will manage all the grant admin and SEAI inspections and an independent BER assessor will provide your new higher BER. Finally you will also have access to our dedicated customer service team who will respond to any queries or issues allowing you enjoy your new more efficient, more comfortable and healthier home with peace of mind.
