Upgrading your home is a major decision. It involves cost, planning and disruption — but it shouldn’t involve confusion or unnecessary stress.
Integrate Home Energy delivers home energy upgrades through a clear, proven process led by experienced, in-house professionals. As an SEAI-approved One-Stop-Shop, we manage assessment, grants, works and certification so you can move forward with confidence, clarity and control.
As registered BER assessors with over 20 years experience we can use the data in your existing Building Energy Rating (BER) to carry out a remote, desktop assessment technical assessment of your home and, following an initial phone call to determine your preferences, provide you with a tailored and grant compliant home energy upgrade proposal. There is no obligation or charge for this assessment. If you don’t have a BER you can skip to Step 2.
If you are happy to proceed further, the next step is validate your desktop assessment with an onsite survey where we gather additional information required and we can answer any of your questions or concerns in person. The fee for this in-depth home energy assessment is €150 incl VAT.
You will have a dedicated project manger on call and access to our highly trained in-house team of tradespeople. Our objective is to deliver the works packages as efficiently as possible so that disruption for the homeowner is kept to a minimum.
On completion of the works, our team will walk you through the operation and maintenance of your new upgraded home. We will manage all the grant admin and SEAI inspections and an independent BER assessor will provide your new higher BER. Finally you will also have access to our dedicated customer service team who will respond to any queries or issues allowing you enjoy your new more efficient, more comfortable and healthier home with peace of mind.
